Fredrik Jungermann, Head of Operator Benchmarking, Nokia Siemens Networks

Fredrik and his global team have worked on 180 operational efficiency benchmarking projects - for mobile, fixed and integrated operators globally. Fredrik built the foundation for the practice in Nokia Networks in 2002. With the contribution from his growing team and by partnering with operators, the practice is continuously being developed.

Fredrik is based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and is a Swedish national. In a previous position in Nokia, he was based in the Netherlands. Fredrik started his career in 1989 at Telia in Sweden. In 1990, well before GSM was launched, he was given responsibility for the design of, and the investment in, Telia’s GSM network - as all the more experienced people were dedicated to the cash-bringing analogue networks. He held this position until 1995 when he joined Nokia. He holds an MSc from Lund University in Sweden.
